Alert when vehicle stops outside of Geofence

Could I use the "Device stopped" event and relate it to a specific geofences and use the event alert to get the notification?
In this case, if there is no geofence related to that area it will be a blank space.
But, how could I relate the event to a specific geofence in the event report?

We would have to know if there is a way to relate not only to the event report, but specifically the Motion Events with the Geofence. Would it be possible?

I was thinking on use the ON/OFF acc alerts, but still not sure how to do it.
