GT06 Traccar not receiving data

I have added 02 GT06 devices and set them up correctly to send information to the server on port 5023, however, none is sending or are they sending and traccar not showing them up? port 5023 is open and listening when I check on netstat. when I try on demo server at demo4.traccar.org they work perfectly

That's obviously not from your device. Port is 5064.
