SMS notification in Persian
Did you made any changes in sms.smpp.notificationsCharset config parameter? (its default parameter should be fine)
Are you sure your templates files stored in UTF8 encoding?
I just change the text in *.vm files. nothing else
How can I change the templates to UTF-8 in that files?

I change the SMS templates and add some Text in Persian (UTF-8 Standard) Language in it
and when i send a test massage I get ??? insted of the charecters. Even show ? insted of "@"
what can i do
