Help Interface error

Please, I am new to traccar and I'm trying to install it on ubuntu server, but when I try to open it in firefox css file is not loaded.

But when i try to access in my browser the application don't get design bu i can login and logout but the interface is not friendly.

I solve my problem.

The zentyal was blocking the port 8082.
