I don't think any of the satellite trackers are supported. What type of communication do they use?

I wonder if traccar supports or will support in the future any personal GPS satellite tracker. I'm looking to integrate some of this personal GPS trackers (http://www.outdoorgearlab.com/Personal-Locator-Beacon-Reviews) to an existing software I'm dveloping using Traccar as data service.
