I have followed the procedure to install Traccar on CentOS VPS and all went well as expected, I ran the application and application is running with PID:12518, with my little knowledge on traccar I believe this is the time when I open the browser to ipaddress:8082. When I do so nothing happens at all so i check if the port if open with nmap: nmap -sT localhost and found that port 8082 is in use by another process called blackice-alerts
Will closing this application solve this issue or is there a way for me to use another port?

You can either stop application, or change port in the configuration file.
