TKStar works with Traccar?

Gidday.

Does a TKSTAR GPS device work with Traccar? I am looking for some of these:

As I am completely new on this things: My plan is just to power on the device and position datas should be transmitted via internet connection automatically. Does this work?

Actually I don't have anything about these things, I just found them on ebay. They look like TK-105 ones, but I am not sure.
