Connect Issue

Hi,
I'm trying to use traccar for my school project. I deployed traccar on my Windows Server with Server URL: http://172.16.160.3:8082. However, when i use Traccar Client on my iPhone to send location, it always said offline. Please Help

Have you followed troubleshooting guide before posting this?

I checked the port with troubleshooting, it said closed, but it the Client app, the status did not display Send Failed.

Then it's probably sending to some other server.

Your traccar client app port should be 5055. Not 8082
