update to 3.17 admin issue
It has been discussed multiple times here. The issue likely means that you haven't upgraded correctly, or you are not using official versions.
I practically did not do an update to the 3.16 system, rather as I installed the 3.17 and pointed to a new local mysql and I created the tables all new and clean I have not touched anything else .. that is the strange thing, and if I know I speak several times of the same subject but I did not find answers to this that is practically like making a new installation. not an update of 3.16
If it's a clean installation I need to see full wrapper log from the first start.

hello anton, I had version 3.16 with mysql on an external server, now install Mysql on localhost and download traccar 3.17, change the configuration to point to the local mysql, everything works perfect but the user: admin pass: admin .. It does not give me administrator privileges.
