Most likely there is some issue with decoding messages. Please provide log file in text format.
OK. Here is:
Looks like your device reports wrong message length. That's the issue.
Oh my God!
i have 15 Devices!
Its a TK816.
I have testet all of them yesterday. Upload every 10 Seconds. In the Logfile i see every 10 Seconds an entry.
Exactly every 3 Minutes in the Log is the INFO: entry and decode the HEX!
If i Upload every 3 Minutes from device, every HEX will decode to an INFO entry.
That looks not like a wrong message lenght.
IT WORKS!!!!!
I don't know why but i have updated the Server from 3.16 to 3.17!
The configs was saved before! Uninstall 3.16 - Install 3.17 - copy saved configs back - Restart the PC!
And now i have every 10 Seconds a INFO entry. (Decode from HEX) in the Tracker-Server.log
And the best: realtimetracking via Webbrowser!!!
Hello.
Traccar Server is runnung on Windows Server 2008 R2. SQL Database is Postgre SQL.
It works great, but the Route of any Device is not acurate. On the Webbrowser the Routingpoint allways have Steps with 3 Minutes.
A look in the Tracker-server.log tells me, that my Device send every 10 Seconds Position updates.
after every 3 Minutes in the Log is after some DEBUG: entrys a INFO: entry. This is the point who will displayed in the Route.
Can i change the decode interval anywhere?
Here ist the Log:
