OBD2 TK206 not sending data

Everything configured and obd still dont send data to cloud

Also turned on gprs, configured ip and port also do fix015s***n****** and got ok

Here is the status I get after I send check sms

GSM: 40%
GPS: FIXED
GPRS: ON
 BATTERY: 65% 
APN: uinternet 
username: orange 
password: orange 
IP: 173.249.0.87 
PORT: 5002 
imei:352887078003385
VERSION:61M-GT06_V3.9_180119

Also apn user and password are correct, used them on tk102b device and worked

What should I do?

changed port to 5023, worked

I bought a blue TK206 from ebay.
The SMS setup commands are totally different than I found on this forum.
Started with port 4002. No luck.
Hex decoder didn't work on the received data.
Eventually read this topic and changed the port to 5023 and I have a green bar in Traccar :)
The ID is the IMEI number.
I don't know (yet) how the OBD data is send and decoded.
Tomorrow first trip.
