I want to ignore sample if speed is 0 and distance is more then 50 m

Hi

I am use many type of devices and client application for different type of vehicle

For client application or personal tracker i want to ignore sample if Speed is 0 and distance is more then 50 .
Same as i want all sample for GPS devices if it's install in vehicle or JCB or any other vehicle .

There is any way i want to ignore sample as per devices .

It's possible to ignore zero speed, but it's not possible to combine that with distance check.
