Getting data on server but not showing up on Web Interface

Hi,

Using gt06 device am able to get data on server. See below log,

But am not able to see device data on web interface. Am using 865205032087925 as device identifier.

Can you please help me to sort out what the issue is?

It clearly tells you that you haven't registered your device on the server:

I have added new device with identifier 865205032087925 like before half n hour ago.

Is there is anything I missed up?

Are you sure you added it before configuring device to report to the server?

I also have the same problem, connect to around 10 devices this week, but none to connected despite having correctly configured the GPS, I use tk103, when placing the ip of my server I even noticed that the GPRS of my device turns it off , but when I set it up on your demo4.traccar.org test server the device loads without problems and the GPRS is activated without any problem, my registry files mark unknown device, and I do not know what happens then with my server or traccar.
I hope you can help me because I have no idea that my device's access to the server is blocked.
