Edit Time zone Not working

I have read all other posts on the forum ref this and cant get it to work,

I have edited the time zone in admin Attributes add attribute and then timezone,

also tried from the server the attributes and one same

tried to edit the timezone from the device itself

Device is android and apple phone

two different laptops one on master admin, the othe logged in as user account

change from usa to uk time or europe ...fire up phone and it shows as uk time on the user account

am I doing something wrong?

You should NOT change timezone in device attributes. That's for something else.

ok changed to just server still not working

Then you must have wrong time set somewhere.
