Teltonika IO decoding

Looks like part of teltonika product line was renamed to FMAXXX and FMBXXX.

We can use Computed Attributes to make comparison. It is good. But ...
For example io205 and io206 are "GSM Cell ID" and "GSM Area Code" we would use it for geolocation, but Computed Attributes are applied after geolocation try.

I see that some of IOs are already decoded in protocol decoder, how was determined that it is applied to all devices? Can we also add some of IOs from file to decoder?

I remember someone provided a collection of IO mappings for all or most Teltonika devices at the time and I picked common ones to implement.

I could not find it on github or here, if you have a time and point me I would combine that collection with this file and may be can find some more common. At first sight io240 - motion is good candidate.
