Help needed with editing server IP

I dont know if i am at the right place for this, but manufacturer isn't helping at all. And the manual they gave does not show me how to change the IP. I can configure my device with the following codes to give you an idea which GPS chip it is (MT3337).

But now i try to change the ip and port to my own traccar server, but it won't let me in any way. This is what i have now:

IMEI: {long number}
APN: apn of my provider
IP: usa.gpsjm.com:8500
TIMER: 10S
CENTER: my center number
LANG: EN
GMT: E8

I tried my orders, but it keeps sending me "FORMAT WRONG" please refer to this screenshot

How on earth can i change these settings? Maybe someone has dealt with this in the past.

It is a D1 long standby GPS tracker (https://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&SearchText=D1+long+standby) and as i said, the seller isnt any helpful at all :(

try using server,0,192.168.1.1,5023,0#

ipaddress change to your traccar server ip address

Have you tried making all IP address numbers as 3 digits? Something like 094.102.050.081. I've seen this format somewhere, so maybe that's what the problem is.

83466207 is the correct password ;-)

This device comes configured by default to make call when motion detection here is how to modify:
Command format: vibration, Alarm level,[ Alarm way]#
For example: vibration,2# (Alarm level :2, Alarm way: default 1 )
vibration,2,3# (Alarm level :2, Alarm way: 3)
Alarm level value 0～5 ，0 shut off the alarm，1～5 The higher the more lower sensitivity.
Alarm way: 1 is telephone alarm , 2 is SMS alarm , 3 is telephone+
SMS alarm, default :1 telephone alarm.
vibration,1# SET VIBRATION ALARM OK!
vibration,2,2# SET VIBRATION ALARM OK!

Don't use Deep Sleep mode or it will be hard to get it back answering commands, use Smart Sleep mode
SLEEP,1# answer: SET MODE:SLEEP

i have the same problem, same device ( i have 5 to be precise) D1 at aliexpress, i put the server changement like SERVER,83466207,95.217.199.208,5023# but i have no signal , i put 2 identifications the imei of 15 numeros and another one with 11 numeros with a dealing 0.

is this the correct procedure?

i tried also with port 5001 , 5002 and 5036 , do anyhthing wrong?

What Traccar Server do you use ? if it is for Synology, the ports become 500xx and not 50xx.
In anyway this tracker D1 is very buggy, I prefere to use the TK915 3G much more suitable for motorcycle and Traccar Server.

actually i have 4 tracker D1 but unfortunately 2 months ago they stopped to be tracked on the official site Jing Mei.
So i'm trying to track the D1s trackers by trackar, by the way you says that for Synology (what is this?) the port is 500xx but i the exemple you gave above is port 55023, so what is the right one please?

Hi yes, I meant 550xx, as you do not use Synology but other operating system, I presume you will use 5023 port. You could try to just define the IMEI on Traccar Manager and sent that order to the tracker SERVER,83466207,95.217.199.208,5023#
but you also need to define "apn" with an sms to your tracker and some interesting other:
lang,0# SET LANG OK:EN
GMT,E,1,0# SET GMT OK
center,a,YourPortablephoneNumber#
example: center,a,+39xxxxxxxxx SET CENTER OK!
apn,yourAPN# Set APN OK!
server,83466207,YourServerIP,50023# SET IP OK!IP:YourServerIP#5023#

Then forward ports 5000-6000 on your router to the local IP of your Traccar Manager machine server, otherwise it will not get the 3G messages from the trackers.

Synology is a NAS where you can install Traccar Server very easyly. Search on google.
