GPS Vehicle Divice HELP (multiple functions)

Hello,
Im looking for a GPS with few features but i didnt found anything ajust to my needs.

I will need with this things:

Shock Alarm "Vibration"
ACC Ignition "if ignition ON so Shock Alarm will be OFF"
Cut-Off Alarm
Power Voltage Alarm "If battery is going lower from voltage will send a SMS" (this is for preventing drain vehicle battery)
Configuration over Bluetooth or over internet
Towing Alarm
Crash Alarm
Filter CALLS and SMS, no others can call the GPS and get the location of the GPS, cause the filter is ON

Is there any GPS with those things? i repeat, i have search lot of things, didnt found anything, the price is not a problem

oh...its size sensitive... :) Why size is so accurate?
