Most likely device issue. What device are you using?
we using IOS and Android phones. if i check my position on my track with other gps tracking systems, there will be allright. the live position match with the position on traccar. but if i look to my reports, they will be incorrect like the photo i post.
If live positions match your actual location, then report will also match. It uses the same data.
I'm assuming that you are using Traccar Client apps? If that's the case, make sure you select high accuracy in settings.
yes we using the traccar client app and have activated the high accuracy in settings. are there any other attitudes to be activated?
You need to make sure GPS is also enabled in Android system settings.
yes they are. i have my live position on the traccarmap. but the reports are not match with them.
It's the same data, so it has to match. You are definitely missing something. Possibly you are looking at the wrong time period. Make sure you check time in state panel.

I suspect that you are missing something, but it's not possible to tell what the problem is just by screenshots. You need to investigate it and look at the raw data.
