Traccar client - Invalid server url message error : enter an url like http:// ...
I have create hostname with NO-IP but it still does not work... I have also try with my local ip adress (my pc with traccar and my phone is in same network) like this "http://192.168.1.12"but it does not work either.
What do you mean it doesn't work? Does it give same error?
At first in the client application traccar on ios, I had a problem with url. Still on the client traccar application because of that url problem in server url I added http: // in front of my local ip address (not static) of my pc where traccar server is installed (windows) which is "192.168.1.12" so "http: //192.168. 1.12 "I tried without the port and with like this "192.168.1.12:5055" "192.168.1.12:8082" but I still have the same error "SENDING FAILED" (on the application traccar client). When I say doesn't work i want to say I have "sending failed" error in log on the app ios. I created a host with no-ip by not knowing how to use; I change url server on the traccar client "my-no-ip-hostname" once again with port and without it I still have the "sending failed" error again. I think it's a problem with the ip address? But I do not see which one. Is It the ip address of the pc where traccar server is installed that should be used?

Assuming that IP address that you provided is correct, URL should be like this:
http://192.168.1.12:5055Make sure you don't add random spaces in URL, like in your examples above.
Same problem send failed .
It means that your server is inaccessible. Possibly firewall issue or something else. You would need to investigate it further yourself.

As you said it was a firewall problem so I created a new rule to allow with port 5055 (os: windows). Hoping this helps people who have the same problem.
I'm using Traccar application and i'm facing one issue that some devices IP and port changed automatically and it's different from my server IP and port.
Like i assigned my server IP and port to device and it's configured with traccar. It will work for 2-3 days and after that automatically another IP and port changed to devices which is not related to my server. Now i'm not able to resolve the issue.

My device is configured with the server static ip and a port and working fine. But in Android client setting the server IP address with http://ip:port reports an error "sending failed"
