No you miss understand,
I have two issues,
1- after a day of upgrading the service is suddenly stopped, and I turn it on again and continue to work for a while.
2- the second issue is after while I can not log in to the service and got the above error, after restarting the service I can log in again but the problem keeps getting back.
OK, the issue in this thread is that connection to your database has timed out.
I did not have this issue before, now when i removed version 3.16 and installed 3.14 the service is running smoothly.
There were no changes in database connection code since 3.14, so if it happened after upgrade it's just a coincidence.
It is hard to believe that is just a coincidence, that only happen in version 16 and many times over, there must be a reason for this I should keep looking.
