I believe Teltonika can report in two different modes:
I guess your device uses first one.
Hi Anton.
I tried the tracker in my car, for that I have to disconnect from PC and tool. Then, that is not the problem.
For the connection... mmm... in data acquisition modes it has the GPRS Week Time but, if I'm not mistaken, it is how often the connection will be reseted if you use a data plan that only lets you to send a maximum of data per period. I'll disable it for testing.
Have you checked logs for any errors? If no errors then it's most likely device issue or device misconfiguration.

It's a time when it says "Disconnected" and "connected" (Ichanged the IMEI, IP address and lat. degrees)
That's the definition of connection status. Do you have some question or do you just state the fact?
Ah, yes. My question is whe to begin to look for the cause of the fail. I think the problem is in the programming of the FM1120 but I don't know which parameter to change. I'm testing and changing things but all is as before.
Have you tried contacting Teltonika support?
No, but if the problem comes from there I can do that. I've started from here because I have seen similar problems at other posts.
Thanks a lot Anton.
Hello!
I discovered whats happening with my device. Reading (one more time) a manual, at the configuration section of GPRS there is an image where you can see a drop down list called "Always Online" that just do that I'm looking for but my firmware version does not have it. The FW version I have is the 01.19.13.Rev:0 and the manual is for the 01.24.xx but searching by Internet I found that the latest one is the FM11YX с 01.27.15. I write to Teltonika to get it.
I have to say that I contacted with Teltonika before and the after sales support is very good. You write and they ask you for yours company name, IMEI and phone number and they call you by phone from Lithuania speaking your own language!!! It's a shame that they download page is not as good as they mail support.
I don't have the new FW yet but when is working I'll write my experience.
Thanks a lot.
That's exactly the option I was talking about in my first comment. Please keep us updated.
Hi Anton.
Today my dealer sent me the versions 1.1.26 and 1.1.s8. In that versions there is the Always Online feature but there is a little trick to use it, and is that when you're connected to the device the item is not clickable and you can not change it. You have to connect, load, disconnect, change the Always Online, connect and save.
With these versions I noted something that I like, and is tat the Always Online is not necessary because when you turn on the vehicle (yellow cable to +12V) in Traccar it becomes online (green) and when you switch off it becomes red. Then, you can know when the ignition is turned on (that was I was looking for). I tested it with the Always Online activated and deactivated.
Thanks a lot for your help. I hope this explanation will be for help for somebody.
Hi.
I have a Teltonika FM1120 that works fine but it gets offline as normal state. If you wait in front of the screen, you can see it online and as fast as it can go offline. I can see the records, travels, position, etc. but is normally offline. Why could be the reason for this? I think is a problem of my configuration on the device but I don't know what item is the cause of this. The sleep mode is disabled.
Thanks for your help.
