Hi,

Can you tell me where or how you found the conflict, have the same issue after Win10 update.

Where was the default.xml file located?

INFO|10660/0|Service traccar|18-01-17 11:52:39|Caused by: org.jboss.netty.channel.ChannelException: Failed to bind to: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:5040

Disregard, found it and i had the same issue as Don Russo did with my default.XML file. <entry key='carscop.port'>5040</entry>.
