as i am newbie in it, not used server before, can anyone post a step by step documentation of installing traccar in amazon free tier.

What operating system do you have on your VM?

Linux - https://www.traccar.org/linux/
Windows - https://www.traccar.org/windows/

just i have amazon free tier account or just registered, dont know how to create vm too :(

please step by step please from login to amazon account.

There is plenty of documentation on the internet on how to set up and configure Amazon VMs. As soon as it's done, you can install Traccar using the instructions I gave you. If you don't have any Linux experience, I would probably recommend to get a Windows VM.
