TK103B - BRAZIL - GPRS - OFF
PROBLEMA RESOLVIDO - SOLVED.
Pessoal, por incrível que pareça o meu rastreador tk103b tem algumas configurações estranhas, mas que funcionaram com sucesso.
Ponto mais importante: O APN e os usuários não são os que encontrei no site da operadora.
Operadora: VIVO BRASIL
Passo a passo para funcionar:
CONFIGURANDO SERVIDOR - CONFIGURATION SERVER
INSTALAR/INSTALL JDK JAVA (x86 or x64)
INSTALAR/INSTALL TRACCAR (x86 or x64)
WINDOWS FIREWALL:
LIBERAR AS PORTAS 8082 (ACESSO WEB) e 5001 (RASTREADOR)
PODE-SE LIBERAR TODAS AS PORTAS DE UMA VEZ TAMBÉM
OPEN THESES PORTS 8082 (WEB) and 5001 (TRACKER DEVICE)
OR U CAN OPEN ALL PORTS OF WINDOWS FIREWALL
INICIALIZANDO O SERVIÇO NO WINDOWS: SERVIÇOS > TRACCAR > INICIAR : ISTO INICIARÁ O SERVIDOR
STARTING SERVICE: SERVICE > TRACCAR > START
SALVAR O IP ATRAVÉS DO SITE http://www.meuip.com.br/ OU command.exe
GET IP IN http://www.meuip.com.br/

Hola a todos.. respecto a lo comentado por Turbovix solo una aclaración.
gprs123456 1,1 --> Habilita el modo GPRS para UDP
gpsr123456 0,0 --> Habilita el modo GPSRS para TCP
en mi caso todos mis dispositivos utilizan TCP por que es mas seguro y te aseguras la recepción de todos los paquetes de información.

I'm trying to set up the trackers "Tk103b" with operator's chip.
steps:
The return from last command is "GPRS: OFF".
I tried these commands on different orders and even then I can not synchronize my device with the server.
By SMS everything works without problems.
The chips already have credit to communicate via GPRS.
I am in the capital of the state and here has internet avaliable
Could anyone guide me?
Note: I can synchronize my phone with the application of the traccar with server tracker, then, the server is working.

Pessoal, estou tentando configurar os 3 rastreadores "Rastreador Gps Controle Remoto Tk103b Bloqueador Veicular", com chip´s da operadora vivo.
Segui os seguintes passos:
No retorno deste ultimo comando sempre recebo "GPRS: OFF".
Já tentei estes comandos em diversas ordens diferentes e mesmo assim não consigo sincronizar meu rastreador com o servidor.
Por SMS tudo funciona sem problemas.
Os chip´s já possuem credito para comunicar via GPRS.
Estou na capital do estado e aqui possui internet no local do teste.
Alguém saberia me orientar?
obs: Consigo sincronizar meu celular com o aplicativo da traccar, apontando para o IP do servidor e o servidor encontra o celular, assim já sei que o servidor está funcionando corretamente.
