I have received two of these devices from a friend who cancelled his subscription with a commercial tracking company.
GSM chip is a Wavecom WMP100
GPS chip is U-blox NEO-5Q
Transient Voltage Suppressor SM8S43A 1022
The only number that may be production/model/serial number on the pcb is LS004-01-F0
Other than that, no manufacturers name.
On the package casing there is only a number G - 12.50 but this seems to be a sticker from the tracking company.
Any help would be appreciated.
