It's the same protocol. Everything that starts with 7878 is most likely GT06.

I am not able to extract the latitude of this Bytes sequence.

Logintude, date and time, I can succeed

013F3F02 hex> 01-3F-3F-02 dec> 2092211400/1800000 = 11º 62339667 but the correct latitude is:18º60351
Longitute hex> 05-39-68-32 dec > 8764830600/1800000 = 48º 69350333 Correct
