You shouldn't fiddle with timezone. Looks like your device reports UTC timestamp, so it should work without any modifications.
so how to sync timezone ? for example, timezone device gmt+7, timezone server gmt+7, timezone report gmt+7
You don't need to sync anything. Web app will automatically display your local time.
