Teltonika Device FMA920

we have installed the Traccar application, trying to connect Teltonika Devices FMB920 on public ip of server with 5027 port. We are not able to locate the device online. Also getting issues of server synchronization. Device not communicating with server

Have you followed troubleshooting guide? If not, you should probably do it before posting anything on forum.
