You should check logs. If device becomes red then it means that it has disconnected from the server.
Was there a Fix for this? as I see the same with my TK905

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the Tkstar 905 device. The device correctly places the position on the Traccar server, I set it up every 10 seconds.
The problem is that the device enters online and becomes green when sending the position, then it immediately becomes red and off-line. this every 10 seconds at each position post.
The biggest problem is that I have a lot of offline alert events.
How can I fix it?
