Are you saying you don't have wrapper log file?
is that what you need Anton?
I can see that you have a timeout which probably indicates that you don't have enough resources on your server. Also, you haven't provided browser console logs.
2meg ram and 30gig HD thought would have been enough?
2MB RAM? Are you running Windows 95 there?
no its a remote VPS running R8 server ????
Then maybe you meant 2GB RAM?
Sorry yes
That might not be enough because Windows uses quite a bit of resources itself. Or you might need to adjust Java memory limits:

Ok will have a look Anton at the info you sent me, I was running another Server with 2gig ram and 40hd run well
UPDATE
Anton I can now get traccar to run
I login to remote sever go to browser and localhost:8020 traccar runs fine, tells me software now running
if i go to my ip address of the new sever it will not see traccar
ie: http://xx.xxx.xx.xxx:8020 nothing happening
Why port is 8020? Are you sure you opened correct port on the firewall?
port 8020 is the standard port when first installed?
will double check ports
THANK YOU
No, it's not. Can you please be more careful with information that you provide. You keep posting misinformation.
You should start by looking at server logs and browser console logs.
