Problem update device cache

Hello ,
I have a problem in updating a device When i update a device ,the device is updated successefully in database but in web interface it still not updated? where is the problem,

i updated from the application (icon edit), when i go to users or device distance in settings i found old devices not updated but in database and in devices view are well updated.

I have just tested and it works fine for me.

Please i want to know if there is a function in code responsible of update cache devices in application?
