customize interface

I want to compile traccar again because I make changes in the user interface. and when occupying the tool I get this error.

could guide me what to do to compile the program again with the interface changes made.

You need Sencha CMD and also ExtJS SDK.

You need to be a software developer to modify it. If you are, you should already know what to do. If not, there are plenty of resources online where you can learn. We also provide customisation services if you need help.
