Tracking on two platforms

HI there,

I have setup GPS tracker and I am able to track it on another platform from the vendor. I installed traccar succesfully and am able to open and add devices etc. However the GPS device that shows active and trackable on another platform is not active on my own installation. Can I only track with one platform at a time or is there another reason for it not showing active on traccar?

Depends on the device, but majority of tracking devices can only work with single platform at a time.
