I have the same problem but I know why: this one is not installed properly, this alarm is caused when internal battery charge go out. BUT alarm trigered say "geofence enter".
Check your connection, maybe you have the same bad connection.

Yes Rodrigo, sometimes i get geofence enter and i dont know why, but i note that i got lowbattery alarms before, so i have to check device installation
