How to connect a Starcom Helios Gps device to PC

What is the difficulty you are facing with the installr of the helios?

The problem is installer application is not detecting my helios device. I'm using this serial cable to connect Helios GPS device to PC-https://www.aliexpress.com/item/6pin-FTDI-FT232RL-USB-to-Serial-adapter-module-USB-TO-TTL-RS232-Cable/2043802186.html
If installer application detects helios device then I can change parameter like server and port. I tried with two different serial cables but not helped.
Installer application version- 2017.08.20
Device- Helios Adv Plus 24 pin http://wiki.starcomsystems.com/wiki/index.php/Helios#Types_and_differences

The connection is simple as your usb converter adapter follows the connection to rss232 from Helios ... do you have the H adv 24-pin is this?

Your USB Adapter --- RS232 Helios Connector
   TXD Green Wire --- Blue / Black RXD
    RXD White Wire --- Orange / Blue TXD
    GND Black Wire --- GND Black Wire

If you can not, tell me which port will use and ip or pass the Helios id that I change from here, but let me know your email that I pass the installer settings.

I have Helios Advanced Plus - 24 pin.

I connect the wire as you said, but Installer application gives error-

[11:27:32]   Closing Port...
[11:27:32]   E‘

ERROR: Device wasn't found.

Please make sure the device is powered on and connected to the computer.

I have powered the device with 12 Volt 1.5A adapter. one Yellow (Ignition) and one Red wire to (+) and Black wire to (-) .
I'm using windows 8.1 and also checked on windows 7 but got same error.
I want to change- Server IP: 193.193.165.166 and Port: 20613

I have solved the problem and now I can change server and port of my Helios device.

Currently Helios is not a supported device on Traccar. And I want to use on Traccar.
It will be vary grateful if you can add Starcom Helios on Traccar.
