Include request

We can add another option for reverse geocoding.
Do not do it automatically for every position, but replace it with links for all reports (also for trips and stops, they contain coordinates to make it correctly) as suggested here.
For Excel Trips and Stops reports we can do revers geocoding requests on server side when prepare report.
