LK210 No IP record

Hello, i have a problem with my lk210.

When i send Adminip000000 + space + 22.40.333.666+ space + 5055

The reply is adminip ok

And, i send a query Param1 and reply my lk210

LK206B_GPRS_TQ2015/05/12 19:19, id, IMEI, IP 888.555.22.40:666,s1,0,cmnet,,,S15,S00A1,F0

The correct IP ir Example: 22.40.333.666 but the device record 888.555.22.40 and use the port three last numbers of IP 666 but not 5055 that i send.

Can help me please?

the lk210 uses h20 protocol and port 5013, 5055 is reserved for android and ios devices

Ok I do not have this tracker device. But it seems to be a spacing issue. Is there actually suppose to be plus signs?

Why not do a factory reset and start from the beginning. Leave the default password and start with the ip and port changes then see where you are.

The 888 555 is coming from some setting, but where. Is this what you changed password to?

Then start from the beginning with a factory reset. And try again, if that doesn't work contact the vendor, if in China National holiday till next week.

Well, i know where is the problem and now have a solution.

The manual say for setting IP you need send

Adminip123456 space 00.00.00.00 space PORT

This not is correct, for save correct the new IP you need send the same but not put PORT because the PORT is automatic 5013.

Adminip123456 space 00.00.00.00 <------- This is correct, now request Param1 and you can see the correct IP that you send and 5013 PORT.
