setup own server

I'm new to Traccar but have my own server and currently have another platform called SinoTrack, it's on it's own hard drive partition and I created a new partition to install and run Traccar to maybe switch over, I also have a static IP, I have downloaded and install the Traccar Server on the computer running Windows Server 2012 R2
I'm having trouble on the iOS app Manager, but I think I'm missing something on the server part even though I can open the platform on the computer that its on with localhost:8082 and I open the port on my Linksys router and firewall I'm wondering if it's conflicting with my other platform even though the ports for the other are different.
I have to mention that I already added a tracker LK209B to the platform by adding the IMEI also I changed the IP address on the tracker to my static IP with the port 8082.
The whole thing is almost there but somehow the port remains closed according to port checker, I'm thinking that might be an issue and I've tried other ports with no success to open them but I think that there should be a place on the code to replace it with my static IP but can't seam to find it.
If anyone has advice for me I would appreciate it very much.

Port 8082 is NOT for tracking devices. For devices you should use ports 5xxx:

So on the traccar manager for the server I should use http://76.80.36.242:5xxx where 76.80.36.242 is the IP address for my server and the 5XXX is the port on the device (in my case if I use LKGPS trackers LK209) would be 5100 ?

I think I would like paid tech support because I'm tired of waiting for things to happen like my SinoTrack platform. How much to have my server set up A to Z with mobile apps for iOS and Android with private branding and my logo?

Port for Traccar Manager is 8082. Ports for devices are 5xxx.

I also transferred the devices from sinotrack platform to traccar. Kevin didnot help me to update the server.
