Public Ip Not Working

Sir, Always show me 8082 is closed. But I did set all type of port forward process. but still now not working on local server. when we used your demo server it is works fine. Please help me how to open it. and we already send a mail to your address. but still now no reply.
Are you sure you have a public IP address on your server? How did you forward ports? Did you allowed ports on firewalls?
We didn't receive any emails from you. Maybe your email is blocked by Google spam filters?
Yes sir i have my public ip. i also did port forwarding my router and firewall inbound rule also. And one more things from today localhost:8082 is also not working pls help me.

You have a port conflict with some other process.
Only two port are showing open. 80 and 53

Sir, Open Local host and also open mobile client but when submit public ip always shows device offline. please help us.
