Problem with tk103 i used all ports.
What server are you using?
I used: demo.traccar.org
I don't see any data in the logs from your device.
My tracker is a chinese TK103a and worked well with 5001...

I configured again the gps. I followed all the steps, and i configured the gps with sms: adminip123456 demo.traccar.org 5002
The IMEI is: 868683027986722
I registered device in platform demo.traccar.org with the last 11 digits. 083027986722
Help me. Can you see data from my gps?

But configure my GPS and the application web dont show information.
The GPS was configured with this sms: admin123456 104.236.113.83 5002
The IMEI is: 868683027986722

Correct port for your device is 5001. Please carefully read following page:

i have a similar problem, but device can´t reach the server, i´m not sure if something about configuration are failed.

i read again the same troubleshooting, but checking my logs, looks something like I0Exception (...)

Can you share the log fragment?
it's rarely but works, i make 2 confirmation: using imei with 15 numbers and with 12, and works with 15 numbers, but i don't be sure why take so long time to start taking information from the device..
