Traccar is ok, with the app on the phone work correctly

the simcard is ok, it connect on the internet in the phone

the setup is

format --> response ok
admin + my phone number --> admin ok
apn + the apn --> apn ok
adminip + the ip of traccar + port 5013 (same IP as app, and the app work)
check --> I see ip:port and the apn
gprs --> gprs ok

and the led still solid green

if I ask position via sms it will answer correctly with position, the blu led blink ok

please help :(

If you don't see any HEX messages from your device in the log, it means that server hasn't received anything from it, which most likely means that your device doesn't send any data.

Yes, I agree, but I don't know why!
I can't understand where is my fault

Possible reasons:

1. Device malfunction
2. Device misconfiguration
3. SIM card problem
4. Firewall or router config

at 90% is a device misconfiguration because the simcard work correctly on the phone.
but I'm unable to understand what is the problem. I tink is configured correctly but no GPRS traffic from device (no green led blinking)

if you are sure that everything else works fine, then check APN username and password using these commands:
apnuser123456 user
apnpasswd123456 password

because I did not see these commands in your mentioned configuration

note: user and password is provided from your ISP which mostly is the same of apn name

I followed this

On the smartphone everything go OK.
on the tracker no gprs.

now I will send

apnuser 123456
apnpasswd123456

for clear the field as requested

changed simcard

Tap APN and enter data.lycamobile.it Tap Username and enter lmit Tap Password and enter plus

i sent apn, user and password

no gprs connection...
There is something wrong in something that I do...

Hi,

A little late answer but I just bought one. It was my Windows Firewall that caused the issue. You have to use port 5093 (watch protocol) but the tracker is waiting for an answer from your server. The answer is 4f4e and means "ON". You can see it in the logs if you used port 5001 for testing and identifying the right protocol if 5001 is authorized in your Windows F/W.
