I have tested many different ports etc after searching through the forum, I'm fairly new to this so hoping that someone may know why the device will not connect to our traccar server. So far we have successfully connected devices using the android client and they have been working great, any assistance would be much appreciated.
The tracker is called "GPS103AB" and does not seem to have manufacturer details, I have included a link below to a user manual that is almost identical to the hard copy provided with the device.

In addition to testing many ports I have also tried changing the imei to 12 characters (including "0" at the beginning), most recently I have changed the device ID back to the full imei and using port 5002 - the following records appear in the server log;

The messages that you provided in the logs are NOT from your device.

I have got this tracker connected and working great on port: 5023 :)
The device was not connecting to gprs despite the apn etc being configured correctly, after resetting and following the process a few times it finally connected to the gprs network and I was able to review the server logs.
try ports:
5023
5013
i have several of them, some uses 5023 and others 5013.
