Timeout is ONLY for "unknown" state. Offline state means that there is no network connection, which is obviously the case if you restart your server.

I'm not sure what the video is for. I have already explained how it works. Red color means that device has disconnected from the server, or server closed connection because of some issue. In the latter case you should see error message in the log.

The variable status.timeout in version 3.9 worked perfectly, I had 120 seconds and after this time the device turned red, but in version 3.13 it seems that sometimes the devices turn red in a short time (more or less 5 Seconds) and then they turn green, why?
