The device was working well,since June 9/2017.

I switch to my secondary IP and register devices on DEMO4.traccar.org server and its working.
DEMO2 with primary IP still NOT working, even though i delete devices and rejoin on demo2 server ,with GSM module reboot to use the primary IP address.

You can use email from the support page to send IMEI number.

I have checked provided IMEI numbers and there were no messages from your devices since upgrade.
Is this server working ?
Both my devices have not updated for 29 hours.
Already done a GSM reboot via sms.
SMS query on location answered with proper location.
