sometimes values from attributes columns of position table are bad mapped, or should be translated, or are not precise (ie io1 io2 io3...)

is there a way to display some "io1" content from attributes columns of position table to something readable in the web ui device/state ?
ex : i tried to create an attribute with "io3" map as "fuellevel" but it doesen't work

any idea ?

Not sure what kind of attribute you created and how you expect it to work, but you should be using "attribute alias" for renaming attributes. In the next version there will be another option called "computed attributes" which will also allow to apply some formula to the attribute.

suppose i want to display "fuellevel" instead of "io3" in webui device status, what is the syntax to use in the device attributes where we have only 2 columns ? attribute alias then io3,fuel level ? create 2 lines ?

I think you still misunderstand me. There is a separate feature called "attribute aliases". That's what you should be using instead of device attributes.
