Problem viewing web interfase of traccar on windows server 2008 32bits

I am trying traccar server, I have already installed on a computer with windowsws 7 and is working perfect, but I just install a windows server 2008 32 bits install traccar on it and it says is running the process but when I go and type the address 8082 - type http://localhost:8082 it gime the next error:

Any help will be apreciated.

  1. Are you sure you haven't changed anything in the code?
  2. What browser are you using? Try Chrome.
