Are you sure port is visible from Internet (firewall and router set up correctly)?

And is now using port 8082 and forward the router but will not let me access. http://192.168.220.133:8082/ - IP and port virtual machine where is installed traccar, and have windows 7 ip is 192.168.0.100.
Please help me out to start the server.

As I said in the email. It's your local IP address. You need to have a public IP address visible from the Internet.

My current version is 3.1 Traccar and runs on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS VMware.
When I install the client traccar on the phone and I introduced the ip and port location update tells me, send failed. Neither version 2.1 phone was not working and I have a Samsung Galaxy S5
What can i do?
