Move old data
There is a configuration parameter to automatically clear old data, so in combination with database back-ups it will do something similar to what you want.

Hi,
I am wondering if there is any functionality to "move old data" eg. data older than 6 months to Another mysql database to keep the main database small.
or is it up to each and everyone to script out old data manually ?
