Hi all,
I have a few laptops with WWAN cards built into them, so the connection to AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint is integrated into Windows 10. It appears I can get GPS data off this card. The data is likely in NMEA format but I haven't explored that in detail yet. What I'm wondering is, is there a piece of software out there that can take this data from the cellular card in the laptop, add an identifier, and send it to my Traccar Server?
I'm also looking for something similar in the Linux world. If I can get the GPS data from a card in linux and see it via gpsd, is there a way to transmit this with an identifier to Traccar Server?
Thanks, Anton! I'll be happy to try that out!
