Adding the new device is coming in yellow

Thanks for the help Troubleshooting was the starting point. GPS was shipped with status "Disabled", enabled and kicked in.

When trying to add a new device, the device is coming in yellow with status updates not pushing to sql server,
I have added the device numerous time, all the existing devices are showing up and running fine and visible in dark pink(red scheme), cant attach screenshot here.
